In recent weeks we’ve tried to answer some of your frequently asked questions in our weekly blog. This week we turn our attention to questions you may have about booking crates. We hope you find the answers useful but as always, should you require further information, please contact us.

Question 1 – What Type of Crates Do I Need to Order?
Which crates you need for your home or office move depend on the types of items that you are moving. For example our Computer Lidded Crate is ideal for securely moving computer equipment. Question 2 – How Big Are Your crates?
As we offer a wide selection of reusable plastic crates, their sizes vary. Our Standard Lidded Crate for example measures 635 x 410 x 325mm. To view the sizes of each type of crate we offer, click here.

Question 3 – How Much Notice Do you Require?
Ideally we’d like a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for your crate requirements but we understand that in some instances crates may be required at short notice. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Question 4 – How Do I Order My Crates?
At Easycrate we operate a simple three step online ordering process which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click here and select the types and quantities of crates required, the address details and submit your order. If you prefer to book your crates over the phone, simply call us on 0800 027 2665, we are able to take your call weekdays from 8am to 7pm, on Saturdays 9am to 4pm and Sundays 10am to 2pm.
