Our New Year Resolutions

Every year, millions of people in the UK make a pledge to change one thing about their lives for the year ahead. For some it’s to do more exercise, for others it’s to lose some weight. Some people pledge to do more for the community or to donate more to charities. The possibilities are endless. This year, at EasyCrate, we thought it was time to make a New Year’s resolution too. We wanted to make a change that would benefit our current and future customers. The problem was that we couldn’t just think of one thing to do so we’ve decided to make three New Year’s resolutions:
1) Improve service levels – we are proud of our current service levels but in an ever changing market place, we thought that one of our new year’s resolutions should be to improve our service levels even further. With that in mind, we will be offering more services than ever before. Stay tuned to our blog over the coming months to find out more.
2) Strive to be the best – we want to be the best at what we do all the time so we’re going to ask our existing customers to provide feedback on every job we do in 2012. This will give you the opportunity to say what could have been done better and for us to amend our service if required. We will be sharing some of our customer stories on our blog so make sure it’s in your favourites.
3) Offer an affordable service – we want to ensure that in the current economic climate we are offering a high quality service at an affordable price. That is why our Price Promise will continue into 2012.
